MyPYLI HR is a B2B SaaS HR platform designed to help growing companies centralize and manage core people operations through a modular web and mobile experience. The product replaces fragmented tools and manual processes by unifying employee data, leave, time tracking, telework, expenses, and communication in a single system used daily by HR teams, managers, and employees.
The goal:
I defined the core user experience, collaborating closely with the CEO and Product Owner to design end-to-end user flows, intuitive navigation, and low-fidelity wireframes. I worked in Agile sprints, designed for both web and mobile, and built a scalable design system to ensure consistency and usability across modules.

MyPYLI’s challenge was to design an end-to-end HR platform (web + mobile) that:

- Simplifies complex HR workflows
- Feels modern, fast, and human, not bureaucratic
- Scales from SMEs to fast-growing companies
